Data in transit and at rest
Traffic between every client and the platform is encrypted, and stored data is encrypted at rest. SalesView POS is the only native mobile app; offline data held on an agent’s device is scoped to that agent. SmartFlow and SmartScan are progressive web apps and NexusWit is a web application, so they hold no standing copy of your data on the device.
Enterprise controls
Custom retention periods, deployment-specific controls, and formal SLA guarantees are handled through enterprise terms.
Reporting a problem
Use the support portal to open a ticket. You get a ticket number immediately and can track it from there.
Your data stays in your region.
Our default hosting is in the United States. Where your operation is subject to local data-protection rules, we host and store your data inside that region instead, rather than moving it across borders.

Encryption at rest
Stored data is encrypted at rest.
Encrypted in transit
Traffic between every client and the platform is encrypted, whether that client is the SalesView POS mobile app, the SmartFlow and SmartScan progressive web apps, or NexusWit in the browser.
Encrypted webhooks
Where we push data to your systems by POST request, those webhooks are encrypted in transit.
How each product is delivered
Only SalesView POS is a native mobile app, because field agents need to sell with no connection. Everything else runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install or keep updated on a device.
